Previously named Nashoba, Littleton became a town in 1715. Present neighbors include the Worcester County town of Harvard, and the Middlesex County towns of Ayer, Groton, Westford, Acton, and Boxborough. This collection contains seventeen volumes of vital and town records.

Littleton Births, Marriages & Deaths 1715-[1785]. 151 pages.

Though most of the records from 1707-1785 in this transcript come from the original volume below, the births on pages 121-151 may come from another source. Compare marriages here with those in the original record to see if some are actually intentions. Note that some deaths and burials of 1779, specifically those on pages 84-85, may be missing from the town's printed vital records.
